Company Description Ikka Dukka is an Irish-Indian lifestyle brand creating distinctive, beautifully crafted products and gifts inspired by Indian craft, materials and design.
We design and develop our own collections as well as creating bespoke gifting for corporate clients, weddings and events. We work closely with skilled artisans and manufacturers across India, combining traditional techniques with contemporary design to create products that feel both distinctive and relevant.
Our work ranges from product and packaging design to complete gifting concepts. We are a small, ambitious team, so designers have the opportunity to be involved in the entire process — from the initial idea and client brief through to seeing the finished product being made.
Role Description We are looking for a Creative & Product Designer to join our team in Delhi.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, developing products and packaging, and working with clients to turn a brief into something genuinely special.
You will work closely with the founders and the wider team to develop gifting concepts, gift boxes, packaging and new products for both Ikka Dukka and our corporate clients.
The role will involve:
Understanding client briefs and developing creative concepts and visual directions
Designing gift boxes, packaging and physical products
Creating moodboards, sketches, presentations and design proposals for clients
Developing concepts from an initial idea through to a finished product
Exploring materials, colours, finishes, textures and craft techniques
Working directly with Indian artisans, manufacturers and suppliers to bring designs to life




Creating prototypes and mock-ups and refining designs based on feedback
Presenting ideas confidently to clients and helping shape the creative direction of projects
Researching interesting products, materials, craft and design from India and around the world
Working on new product development for Ikka Dukka's own collections
Managing multiple projects and deadlines, particularly during the busy Diwali gifting season
You will have significant creative ownership and will see your ideas move from a sketch or concept into real products that are produced and delivered to clients.
What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a solid creative eye who is equally comfortable designing, thinking and communicating .
You should have:
A strong portfolio demonstrating product, packaging, lifestyle or related design work
Excellent visual sense and an understanding of colour, proportion, materials and detail
The ability to take a loose brief and develop it into a compelling creative concept
Strong sketching and visualisation skills
The ability to create polished presentations and moodboards
An interest in physical products, materials, craft and manufacturing
Good communication skills and the confidence to participate in client conversations and presentations
The ability to work practically with manufacturers and suppliers and understand how an idea can actually be produced
Good organisation and the ability to manage several projects at once
Curiosity about design, interiors, fashion, art, architecture, craft and global trends

This is a full-time, on-site position in Delhi with an immediate start .
