We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive EXPERTISE IN FREIGHT FORWARDING to manage day-to-day accounting functions, billing, and reconciliations specific to freight forwarding operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with logistics accounting and a sound understanding of GST and TDS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process customer invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Record vendor bills and ensure timely payment processing.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
Reconcile freight and shipping bills with job files and costing sheets.
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for billing and job closures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:




2–3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting standards.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with logistics billing and costing formats.
Familiarity with freight software
Basic understanding of shipping documentation (BL, AWB, invoices).
