We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter who enjoys meeting people, finding the right talent, and helping outstanding candidates become part of our team.

What You’ll Do
Search for excellent candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.
Talk to candidates, understand their skills and career goals, and identify the right fit.
Schedule interviews and stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to fill open positions within the required timeline.
Create a positive experience for candidates from the first call to joining.
Keep candidate details, interview updates, and recruitment trackers organized.
Keep in touch with promising candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements:




Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–3 years of recruitment experience; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence to speak with candidates and hiring teams.
Ability to manage multiple requirements at the same time.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour Work Location: Hybrid remote in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu
