We are looking for a Backend Executive for a manufacturing company. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with existing/old clients, handling repeat orders, noting down order details, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with existing clients regarding repeat orders and requirements.
Receive and record client orders accurately.
Follow up with clients for order confirmation and required details.
Coordinate with the sales, production, and dispatch teams for order processing.
Maintain proper records of orders and client information.
Handle client queries and provide timely updates regarding order status.
Ensure smooth follow-up until the order is completed and dispatched.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
