We are looking for a responsible , hardworking and proactive person to coordinate across our Accounts , Sales and Management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Regular calling and follow-up with customers for pending payment
Track customer collections , commitments and outstanding amounts.
Coordinate with the sales team and track pending customers requirements and follow ups
Track supplier payments and remind management about upcoming dues
Manage Business Whatsapp Communication and ensure significant conversations are followed through
Maintain and update Excel sheet, records , reminder and daily pending tasks
Handle basic Tally/ accounting related work
Ensure key tasks and commitments are tracked until completion.

WHAT WE NEED SKILLS
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic knowledge of Tally
Good communication hindi and english

3.Comfortable making regular phone call and payment follow -up
Solid Organisation , tracking and Multitasking ability.

5.Willingness to work , learn ,and take responsibility. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
