Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end collections and recovery for the assigned area, ensuring monthly targets and collection efficiency.
Lead and monitor Debt Managers, FOS and collection agencies to drive productivity and performance.
Track DPD/bucket-wise delinquency, identify problem accounts and implement recovery strategies.
Manage agency performance, empanelment and field-force deployment across the territory.
Coordinate with legal teams for NPA/default cases and ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company guidelines.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong collections & recovery experience.
Valuable team & agency handling.
Experienced in DPD/bucket management.
Good field collections exposure.
Solid delinquency management skills.
Experienced in FOS handling.
Valuable knowledge of recovery processes.
