About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Executive Search & Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential corporate clients.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Business Heads.
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Schedule client meetings and support the BD team in business discussions.
Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales activity reports.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Freshers with robust communication and sales interest are welcome.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and client interaction.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, LinkedIn, and CRM tools is an advantage.
