Nexora Global Life Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and communication-oriented candidates for the position of Business Development Associate.

The role involves customer interaction, product presentation, lead generation, follow-up and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Explain company products and offers to interested customers.
Develop and maintain customer relationships.
Conduct product presentations.
Handle customer queries and follow-ups.
Participate in business-development activities.
Work with the team to achieve assigned targets.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Freshers can apply.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales/business-development experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Incentive Structure Performance-based incentives:



₹18,000 – ₹35,000+ per month

Actual incentive depends on individual performance, sales/business generated and the applicable company incentive structure. This is not a guaranteed fixed salary.

Compensation/incentives are performance-based.

Accommodation Accommodation facility is available at ₹3,500 per month.

The accommodation charge is separate from the incentive/earning structure. Candidates should confirm accommodation requirements and applicable terms before joining.
