Key Responsibilities
Billing & POS
Handle customer billing on POS software - Cash, Card, UPI, EMI
Generate invoices, GST bills, and credit notes as per SOP
Process returns, exchanges, and discounts with manager approval
Cash & Payments
Maintain cash drawer. Start and end day with proper cash tally
Deposit cash safely and hand over to Store Manager/Accountant
Ensure no billing errors, voids, or excess discount
Customer Service
Greet customers at billing counter with a smile
Handle customer queries about bills, offers, loyalty points
Upsell gift cards, memberships, or ongoing offers during checkout
Reports & Admin
Generate daily sales report, Z-report, and payment summary
Maintain petty cash register and vendor bill files
Coordinate with Store Manager for discrepancies
Store Support
Support Sales team during rush hours
Maintain cleanliness of billing counter and POS area
Follow loss prevention and CCTV guidelines

KPIs
Billing Accuracy % - No cash mismatch
Average Billing Time per Customer
Cash Variance = Zero
Upselling of Membership / Gift Cards

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
