About the Role

Shivam Electro Tools is looking for a hands-on Branch Manager – Sales & Operations to manage daily business operations, sales team performance, customer relationships, collections, and overall branch growth.

This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who can take ownership, manage people, solve problems, and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and drive the sales team towards monthly targets
Monitor enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and order conversion
Handle key B2B, industrial and high-value customers
Improve sales, repeat business and new customer acquisition
Monitor pending payments and coordinate collection follow-ups
Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery and daily operations
Monitor stock availability and operational issues
Conduct daily team reviews and assign responsibilities
Train and improve employee performance
Submit daily/weekly reports to management
Reduce dependency on the owner for daily operational decisions

Candidate Requirements
5–10 years experience in Sales / Operations / Branch Management




Experience in industrial products, power tools, hardware, electricals, auto parts, industrial consumables or B2B distribution preferred
Experience managing a sales team
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and business reporting
Solid follow-up and customer handling skills
Understanding of inventory, collections and basic business operations
Hands-on, disciplined and result-oriented
