Seeking Agile & Experienced Business Development Executives
Knowledge of English and Fluency is mandatory
Knowledge of MS Office and Email Communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Conduct market research and network to generate recent leads and establish a solid pipeline.
Conceive of and implement plans to bring in recent business and strategic alliances.
Demonstrate agency services and adapt proposals to meet client needs after understanding them.
Work together with the strategy and creative teams to provide individualised solutions.
Successfully finalise contracts through negotiation and closing of deals. Connect with current customers on a personal level to encourage them to do business with you again.




Possess a minimum of one years of relevant work experience as a BDE or an equivalent position in an advertising agency or associated field. Branding, marketing, and advertising concepts are heavily understood.
Superb abilities in communicating, negotiating, and interacting with others.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Motivated, self-directed, and capable of working both alone and in a team.
At least a bachelor s degree in a business-related or marketing-related undergraduate major.
