Execution & Site Management
Execute civil construction activities including buildings, Projects, foundations, and utilities.
Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely project completion.
Planning & Coordination
Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, EHS, QA) for project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
Quality

Control
Ensure all civil works comply with quality standards and specifications.
Conduct site inspections and verify material quality (cement, steel, aggregates).
Implement corrective actions for deviations.
Maintenance & Infrastructure Management
Oversee maintenance of plant infrastructure including buildings, drainage systems, and utilities.
Identify and address repair and renovation requirements.
