Job Summary

Tushar Elegant Hotel, Kavi Nagar, is looking for an energetic and skilled Barista & Mocktail Maker with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, mocktails, shakes, and other beverages while ensuring excellent presentation, hygiene, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee, etc.
Prepare mocktails, coolers, shakes, smoothies, and other non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all beverages.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage counter, equipment, and work area.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Check and maintain beverage ingredients and inventory.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth order execution.
Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
Provide courteous and professional service to guests.




Suggest beverages to guests when required and address basic guest requests professionally.
Minimize wastage and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
Maintain proper grooming and professional appearance as per hotel standards.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Barista, Mocktail Maker, Beverage Associate, or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of coffee preparation and mocktail making.
Knowledge of beverage garnishing and presentation.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a pleasant personality.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Good grooming, punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
