Guardian Angel Homecare is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions, handle enquiries, and ensure a smooth experience for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries and guide clients on available home healthcare services
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and their families
Coordinate appointments, assessments, and healthcare services
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Follow up with clients and support service continuity
Assist in documentation and service agreements
Monitor feedback and contribute to improving client experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service or client relations
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge and organizational skills
Driving license preferred
