Job Responsibilities
Showroom/branch-ൽ വരുന്ന customers-നെ welcome ചെയ്യുകയും assist ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുക.
Customer-ന് ആവശ്യമായ product & service ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക
Dispatch ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് products check & verify ചെയ്യുക.
Correct product & quantity ആണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക.
Online orders manage ചെയ്യുക.
Online ആയി വരുന്ന customer enquiries/messages check ചെയ്ത് reply ചെയ്യുക.
Orders-ന്റെ status follow-up ചെയ്യുക.
Warehouse, Sales & Delivery team-മായി coordinate ചെയ്യുക.
Dispatch & online orders-ന്റെ basic records maintain ചെയ്യുക.




Customers-നോട് skilled & friendly ആയി communicate ചെയ്യുക.
Branch-ന്റെ smooth operations-ന് ആവശ്യമായ മറ്റ് activities-ൽ support ചെയ്യുക.

ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്
Positive communication skill ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
Malayalam & basic English communicate ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയണം.
Basic computer knowledge ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
Online orders/messages handle ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയണം.
Products check ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധയും responsibility-യും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
Team-മായി നല്ല രീതിയിൽ coordinate ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയണം.

Freshers can also apply. Immediate joiners preferred.

Manjeri & nearby local candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
