About the Role

We are looking for a BD Operations Intern to support the Business Development team in managing day-to-day operations, lead and partner data, pipeline tracking, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and update lead & partner data in CRM and Google Sheets.
Track lead pipelines, follow-ups, and business activities.
Assist with partner onboarding and documentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
Analyze business data and identify actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Support process improvements to improve BD operations.

Pre-Requisites
Pursuing/recent graduate in BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, or related fields.
Robust analytical and organizational skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership.
