Title: Business Development Trainee/Intern/Associate

Location: Remote/ Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research on current solution areas (e.g. data center infrastructure) and synthesize insights into actionable reports
Support ideation and go-to-market thinking for recent products and verticals
Develop pricing and costing frameworks in collaboration with the founding team

Sales & Customer Development
Identify and reach out to potential customers across target segments
Run discovery calls, set up product demos, and document customer requirements
Execute inside sales activities for staffing vertical lead generation, email outreach, and cold calling

Content & Marketing
Create marketing content including product explainer videos (e.g. for AI clinical co-pilot)




Draft outreach emails, pitch decks, and collateral for various business lines

Operations & Compliance
Support India operations with documentation and regulatory/legal procedures
Maintain trackers, reports, and internal dashboards for business insights
