Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor who can generate student leads, counsel prospective learners, and convert enquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills with a passion for helping students choose the right career path.

Key Responsibilities
Generate fresh leads through online and offline channels.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
Counsel students and working professionals regarding Salesforce training programs.
Explain course curriculum, certification perks, career prospects, and placement support.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
Build relationships with colleges, educational institutions, and referral partners to generate student leads.
Maintain lead data and update the CRM on a regular basis.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the training and placement teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding process.
Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, webinars, and promotional events.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
