Position: Customer Relation Executive

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Follow up with leads and existing customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
Maintain customer records and update data regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly customer engagement targets.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for customer interaction.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or client relations is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet targets.
