Manage customer information and maintain CRM records.
Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Follow up with customers and leads regularly.
Update customer details, interactions, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
Prepare daily/weekly reports.
Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
