Function: Sales & Marketing
Department: Marketing

Key Result Areas (KRA) & Accountabilities 1. Business Development
Identify and prioritize market prospects.
Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
Gather competitor insights (pricing, discounts, market trends).
Customer Management
Visit project sites regularly.
Build relationships with site engineers, project managers, and influencers.
Ensure smooth execution and coordination.
Industry Analysis
Conduct market analysis of the assigned territory.
Track competition and assess market position.
Order Planning & Execution
Coordinate with CSD for current customer creation in SAP.




Ensure correct customer data entry before dispatch.
Receivables Management
Monitor outstanding payments and collections.
Handle defaulter cases and cheque bounce issues.
Ensure timely invoicing and documentation.
Track daily sales and collection performance.
Pricing & Sales Closure
Close deals within approved pricing guidelines and achieve sales

Achieve sales and revenue targets as per KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduation

Telugu Language require -Hyderabad

Filed marketing, B2B sales and Direct sales exp required
