Corporate Tie-ups and Lead Generation:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with new corporate clients and plants to generate leads.
Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to secure current partnerships.
Health Activity Planning & Execution:
Planning and executing health-related activities within the group and external organizations.
Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of health initiatives.
BTL Activity and Revenue Generation:
Understanding Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities and driving revenue generation through these initiatives.
Developing and executing BTL campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Sales Team Support:
Assisting the sales team in managing and executing marketing campaigns.
Providing insights and support to enhance sales performance.




Proficiency in MS Office:
Demonstrating solid command of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and other documents.
Utilizing MS Office to streamline and enhance daily operations.
Communication Skills:
Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Presenting ideas clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with BTL marketing activities is a plus.
