About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and enthusiastic person to interact with customers and support our CRM activities.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram and calls
Handle basic customer queries and follow-ups
Assist with orders, exchanges and returns
Maintain customer details and follow-up records
Coordinate with the team for customer-related issues
Support customer engagement and CRM activities

What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills
Confidence while speaking with customers
Eagerness to learn and grow
Positive and proactive attitude
Basic computer/Excel knowledge
Interest in fashion, e-commerce and social media

Freshers and interns with the right attitude and communication skills are encouraged to apply. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
