Job Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Coordinator for its Transformer Division. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales leads, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating client follow-ups. This role requires solid analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain accurate sales data and reports.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and track customer inquiries and sales leads through the CRM system.
Prepare and share quotations with customers in coordination with the sales team.
Conduct timely client follow-ups to ensure effective lead conversion.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data regularly.
Generate CRM reports, sales reports, and performance analytics.
Monitor lead status and ensure timely updates throughout the sales cycle.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
Assist the sales team in improving customer engagement and achieving business targets.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM coordination, sales coordination, or inside sales.
Hands-on experience in lead management, quotation preparation, and client follow-ups.
Solid knowledge of CRM data entry, reporting, and analytics.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
