About the Role

Bright Venture Consultancy is looking for a Business Development Intern who can help us expand our client network and generate new business opportunities. This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, business development, and recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
Source and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, job portals, and other online platforms.
Find companies with active manpower and recruitment requirements.
Connect with business owners, HR specialists, and decision-makers.
Introduce Bright Venture Consultancy and explain our recruitment services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential clients.
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective clients.
Research market trends, industries, and companies to identify current opportunities.
Maintain basic records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online lead generation.




Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Good English communication skills; Hindi/Gujarati will be an advantage.
Confident in approaching new people and initiating conversations.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
Must have own Laptop/Computer System
Active Internet Connection
English Proficiency Required
