Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
Achieve branch business goals, including loan disbursement, deposit mobilization, and revenue targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Monitor loan processing, collections, and recovery activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal procedures.
Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff.
Develop business through local marketing, networking, and customer acquisition activities.
Coordinate with the Head Office on operational and administrative matters.
Promote teamwork and maintain a positive work workplace.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, banking, NBFC, finance, or a similar industry, with leadership experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
