Responsibilities

PECVD Machine Management and Operation:
Operate and maintain PECVD systems to ensure optimal performance and reliable deposition processes.

Breakdown Response and Troubleshooting
Address and resolve PECVD equipment breakdowns swiftly, analyze issues to prevent future failures.

Process Optimization
Optimize PECVD parameters (gas flow rates, temperature, pressure) to achieve uniform and high-quality thin films, improving solar cell efficiency.

Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Implement CAPA plans for major breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and preventive measures to enhance equipment reliability.

Quality Control
Conduct inspections to verify thin film thickness, uniformity, and adherence, maintaining high standards of quality and reliability.

Safety And Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during PECVD operations to maintain a secure work setting.

Documentation And Reporting
Maintain accurate records of process parameters, equipment maintenance,



and production outputs and daily check sheet.

Team Leadership And Training
Lead and support a team of technicians or operators, providing guidance, training, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Continuous Improvement
Identify prospects for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the diffusion area.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification
B.Tech/ Diploma – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical
Desired Qualification : BE/BTech

Work Experience (Range Of Years)
Min 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in PECVD operations within the solar manufacturing industry, focusing on process optimization and equipment maintenance.
