We are looking for a high-calibre CRM – Cold Storage to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain —one of India'sfastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the Cold Storage function and offersarare chance to build, own, and scale something meaningful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own client relationships for all cold storage accounts
Coordinate renewals & contract management proactively
Resolve service complaints with full ownership
Send monthly usage reports to all active clients
Onboard new clients smoothly & professionally

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)
Client renewal rate above 90% consistently
Complaints resolved within 48 hours
Monthly usage reports sent to all clients on time
100% clients contacted at least once per month
Zero billing disputes pending beyond 7 days

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Graduate / MBA
2–4 years CRM or account management B2B
Cold chain / logistics / warehousing preferred
Solid Excel & communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
