Position: Centre Manager – Clinic

Location: Kochi / Thrissur

Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage front office, patient coordination, and administrative activities.
Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual business targets.
Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and treatment package sales.
Lead, motivate, and supervise clinic staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns effectively.
Coordinate appointment scheduling, billing, inventory, and clinic maintenance.
Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support local promotional activities and increase patient footfall.
Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:




Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or service industry management.
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven workplace.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
