Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and qualified Client Communication Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills along with basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with clients in Hindi and English.
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, calls, and regular communication.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Convince, guide, and assist clients using effective negotiation skills.
Handle communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email,



and other platforms.
Quickly understand new projects, services, and processes.
Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Excellent command of spoken Hindi and English.
Robust communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
Good personality, confidence, and professional attitude.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.
