Senior Business Growth & Client Management Recruitment Industry

We are looking for a senior recruitment skilled with 7+ years of experience in the staffing/recruitment industry, who can drive new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition through market mapping, networking, references and proactive client outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify repeat business and new hiring prospects.
Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
Own client relationships from initial engagement through successful delivery, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and expanding existing engagements.
Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure commitments are met and client expectations are managed effectively.
Represent the organisation professionally in client meetings, negotiations and business discussions.




Contribute to overall business growth through strong market intelligence and strategic client engagement.

What We’re Looking For
7+ years of core experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy is mandatory.
Candidates must have worked only with staffing/recruitment organisations in their career.
Proven track record of bringing current clients/business along with growing existing accounts.
Solid client relationship, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently handle senior-level client conversations and business discussions.
Strong commercial understanding with a results-oriented approach.
Stable career history with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated long-term tenure with previous organisations.
Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
