Star Grower Group is looking for a dedicated and experienced Labour Supervisor to oversee shop-floor manpower operations in the production department. The ideal candidate should have experience managing production workers, ensuring smooth manpower allocation, maintaining discipline, and meeting daily production targets in an automobile manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and allocate manpower based on daily production requirements.
Maintain daily attendance, overtime, and manpower records accurately.
Recruit and arrange additional manpower whenever required.
Train recent workers on machine operations and shop-floor processes.
Communicate daily production targets and monitor work quality and productivity.
Coordinate with engineers, managers, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Ensure workers follow safety guidelines and maintain 1S and 2S standards on the shop floor.
Maintain discipline, attendance,



and proper workplace behavior among workers.
Effectively manage manpower shortages or excess manpower without impacting production.

Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Labour Supervisor in a manufacturing or automobile industry.
Ability to read and write English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Experience handling 50+ workers will be an added advantage.
Good leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
Candidates residing in or near Chakan MIDC will be preferred.

Educational Qualification
12th Pass / ITI / Graduate

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting and achieve daily targets.
