About the Role

Skill2Source is looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates / recent graduates to join our team as SDR Trainees / Graduate Trainees .

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Sales Development, Lead Generation and B2B Sales .

Candidates with 3–6 months of internship experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales or related areas will be preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate potential B2B leads through various channels.
- Conduct lead generation, prospecting and market research .




- Handle and maintain lead databases using Excel / Google Sheets .
- Perform lead scraping and data collection using relevant tools and platforms.
- Research companies, decision-makers and potential clients.
- Use AI tools for lead generation, research, data enrichment and productivity .
- Make calls and communicate with potential clients/prospects.
- Assist the sales team in outbound prospecting and appointment setting .
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversations.
- Qualify prospects based on business requirements and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
- Continuously learn and experiment with new AI tools, sales tools and lead-generation techniques .

What We’re Looking For

- Recent graduates / freshers looking to start their career in Sales / Business Development.
- Candidates with 3–6 months of internship experience will be preferred.
- Internship experience in Sales, SDR, BDE, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Business Development or similar roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills – NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and prospects over calls .
- Good understanding of Excel / Google Sheets and data handling .
- Familiarity with lead generation, lead scraping and prospect research .
- AI-tool savvy and comfortable learning/using AI tools for work.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced workplace.
- Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.

Stipend

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month , depending on skills and experience.
