Will be responsible for End to End recruitment process
Should have worked on Engineering, Semiconductor requirements
Coordinating and Managing Stakeholders
Maintaining internal data base of candidates as per their skill sets.
Sourcing, Searching, identifying candidates using job boards, social media, etc.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references
Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly report generation

Qualifications
7+ years of Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor talent acquisition for India Region
Must be doing hands on sourcing.
Excellent sourcing skills
Research and recommend recent sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media platforms
