We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Relationship Manager to manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role will involve handling clients from the time an order is placed through after-sales service and payment collection, ensuring their queries are resolved and they receive a positive experience throughout.

The ideal candidate should have excellent follow-up and communication skills, a polite and confident personality, and the ability to understand client requirements and take appropriate action.

Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure all post-order requirements and commitments are followed up on and completed.
Coordinate with clients from the time of receiving an order until payment collection.
Provide effective after-sales service and ensure existing clients remain satisfied.
Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and escalate issues to the relevant team when required.
Understand client requirements and work towards resolving their concerns effectively.




Provide clients with relevant information and support regarding company products and services.
Regularly seek genuine client feedback and communicate insights to the concerned team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of pending matters.
Proactively identify potential issues and take action before they affect the client relationship.
Support client retention by maintaining robust and qualified relationships.
