We are looking for a Business Development Executive who can take ownership of incoming leads, speak confidently with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into clients.

Role Description:

As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to call leads provided by the company and convert them into clients.

This is a target-oriented sales role and is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, understands customer needs, can confidently explain our services, and has solid follow-up and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities
Call prospective customers using the mobile numbers/leads provided by the company.
Understand the customer's requirements, budget, location, and construction needs.
Explain BUILDONCLICK's services, construction process, offerings, and value proposition.
Build trust and establish a qualified relationship with potential clients.
Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Handle customer questions,



concerns, and objections effectively.
Convert qualified leads into meetings, site visits, and ultimately paying clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the senior sales/project team for site visits, quotations, discussions, and closing.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure that no genuine lead is left unattended.

Qualifications:
Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Confident and persuasive communication style.
Good listening and customer-handling skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM/sales software.
Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain systematic follow-ups.
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, real estate, construction, insurance, banking, or business development will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are also welcome to apply.
