CEO – Automotive Operations The CEO – Automotive Operations will lead the end‑to‑end automotive business in Bangalore, driving growth, profitability and operational excellence across exports, manufacturing, after‑sales and service center networks. The role requires strategic leadership, solid P&L; stewardship, revenue management, and OEM partnership management to deliver sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic vision for automotive exports and domestic operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Lead the after‑sales and service center network,



optimizing service revenue and customer satisfaction.
Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and cost control across all functions.
Manage P&L; performance, setting financial targets, monitoring results and implementing corrective actions.
Oversee revenue management and business growth strategies, identifying recent market opportunities and product lines.
Build and maintain solid OEM leadership relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Champion profitability initiatives, balancing investment in growth with cost discipline.
Represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies, maintaining a strong corporate reputation.
