Role Overview

Look for a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing professional who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Coordinate with sales, operations, recruitment, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Handle client queries, concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally.
Follow up regularly with clients and provide timely updates on ongoing requirements/projects.
Ensure commitments and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
Prepare and share proposals, presentations, quotations, reports,



and other client-related documents.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing client accounts.
Track client requirements, service status, and pending actions.
Maintain proper records of client communication and follow-ups.
Collect client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality.
Support payment/invoice follow-ups wherever required.
Conduct regular client meetings and review discussions.
Achieve client satisfaction and contribute towards business growth and retention.

Required Skills

Customer-focused approach with positive problem-solving ability.
Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
