Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves spearheading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. You serve as the main liaison for project-related communications, ensuring seamless coordination among stakeholders.

Your role requires managing various aspects of application development, from initial planning through deployment, while maintaining a focus on delivering tailored solutions that meet project requirements. You actively engage with team members and clients to align objectives and drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their qualified growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and user experience.
Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels to ensure project transparency.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
Solid knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
Experience with data integration and visualization within analytics platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
Familiarity with cloud-based development environments and deployment processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software development.

Additional Information
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud Development.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
