We are looking for a skilled CGI WMIS Technical Support Engineer (L3) with 6 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in WMIS integration, interface queues, and technical support.

Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support for WMIS integration with various systems such as Maximo, GIS, SAP, and MWM.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interface queues and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of WMIS with other systems.
Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems using CGI WMIS technologies.
Conduct thorough analysis of technical issues and provide root cause analysis reports.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.

Job Requirements
Solid knowledge of CGI WMIS technologies and their applications.
Experience with interface queues and technical support is essential.
Familiarity with Maximo, GIS, SAP, and MWM systems is required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
