Position: Clinic Manager – Cosmetic Clinic

Location: Thrissur

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the cosmetic clinic and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead the clinic team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and drive package sales.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and increase patient footfall.
Analyze competitor services, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Recruit, onboard, train, and manage doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Prepare staff rosters and ensure optimal workforce allocation.
Supervise patient flow, appointment scheduling, and overall clinic efficiency.
Oversee the clinic’s social media activities, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials.
Ensure high standards of patient service and operational excellence.

Requirements:




Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5+ years of management experience in a cosmetic clinic, aesthetic clinic, medical spa, healthcare facility, or luxury hospitality setting.
Robust leadership, team management, and business development skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in clinic operations, staff management, and customer relationship management.

Immediate Joiners Preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
