Channel Management
MD primary and secondary sales, WOD, Stock allocation & PO, DOS, market hygiene & infiltration.
Maintain MD secondary WOD coverage as per product policy.
Co-ordinate with RDS for timely payment of outstanding balance.
Meeting with BGMs to understand the market situation
Prepare RDS and Retailer Scheme
Warehouse & Logistic Management
Space management & Transport Management
Co-ordinate with warehouse team for timely stock dispatch to RDs office
Reverse logistics/Product return Management
Proper maintenance of Order Stock report for Mobile & Accessories
Error free Holding and Dispatch and Payment outstanding
Maintaining error less dispatch of Mobile and POP
Inventory audit
Managed to recall EOL products to recharge and repack (Under Progress)
Data Team Management
Scheme & Incentive Calculation- Monthly MD and Retailer Scheme Payout Calculation. Monthly TL,JTL,VBA & FVBA Incentive Calculation
Reports on Secondary data, Pre bookings, stock, Billed WOD, live demo allocation, Supply Demand data, market competition,
Models price drop data calculation for CN, IMEI collection & Authentication,



Prepare Price Document & Update, Price Drop Plan Data.
NPL Dispatch, Activation and Demo Conversion Summary data
Daily Work
Prepare Weekly and Monthly Work Summary and present in the meeting
Ensure Product/Stock availability in outlets with overall WOD coverage
Follow up regarding Competition Sales and Strategy
Daily Meetings regarding channel work
National Key Account (NKA) Management
Set monthly target for NKA
Push VBAs to grow sales in NKA
Allocate Stock to NKA RDS
Hire VBA/FVBA for NKA stores
Upgrade branding elements in NKA stores
MOP Control & Market Hygiene
Identification and reporting of MOP violations across GT, MT, NKA, and online channels.
Preparation of market hygiene reports with actionable insights.
Monitoring unauthorized stock diversion, cross-territory billing, and grey market activities.
