Aries Events Pvt. Ltd., a leading B2B exhibition organizing company, is looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The role involves both inside sales (telephonic/email communication) and field sales (client meetings, lead conversion, etc.) for promoting our trade exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and online research
Visit prospective clients (B2B) and pitch exhibition participation opportunities
Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential exhibitors




Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain CRM and regular reporting of sales activity

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred)
1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, or related fields
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Willingness to travel locally for field sales
Proficient in MS Office, email, and CRM tools
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented personality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
