Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience or a robust interest in online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru. If you re passionate about business development, client relationships, and helping a company grow, this is the role for you! Freshers with the right attitude and drive are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Handle online bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, and Guru.
Compose proposals and cover letters, and interact with clients to gather information.
Negotiate and finalize agreements while maintaining a skilled relationship with clients.
Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Assist in driving the company s growth by engaging with prospective clients and closing deals.
Handle client chats and provide prompt follow-up communication.

Skills
Basic knowledge of online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to negotiate and close deals.
Prior experience in business development, client interaction, and proposal writing is preferred, but not required.
A motivated self-starter with a robust desire to succeed and achieve goals.
