Role Overview

Protiviti is seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Technical Lead (10+ Years) to drive our expanding ERP practice across large-scale enterprise engagements. In this role, you will own end-to-end technical architecture, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver complex ERP and Azure integrations at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Lead technical architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery for complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; implementations.
Architect and implement scalable, secure cloud integrations utilizing Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and REST/OData APIs.
Oversee Data Management Framework (DMF), data entities, data migration strategies, and platform performance optimization.
Drive technical governance through code reviews, quality standards, X++ best practices, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps and LCS.
Guide, upskill,



and mentor technical consultants and developers across project delivery cycles.
Partner closely with client leadership and functional architects to translate enterprise business needs into robust technical solutions.

Eligibility Criteria
10+ years of core technical development and architecture experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; / Dynamics AX (X++, C#, SSRS).
Deep expertise in enterprise integration patterns using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and custom APIs.
Robust track record in data management, Dual-Write/Dataverse, DMF migrations, and workplace/release management.
Proven leadership capabilities in solution design, technical mentoring, code governance, and client-facing stakeholder management.
