Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician/Engineer to manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities, ensure smooth operation of plant utilities, and maintain electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in the automotive or engineering industry and have robust troubleshooting and maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of all plant utilities.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and mechanical breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Monitor and maintain utility systems such as compressors, DG sets, transformers, HVAC systems, pumps, and related equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities as per maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and service reports.




Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (D.E.E.E.)

Experience
4 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience in the Automotive or Engineering industry.

Mandatory Requirements
Valid C License Holder.
Solid knowledge of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Hands-on experience in both Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
Experience in handling and maintaining all plant utilities.

Additional Requirements
Knowledge of EMS (Energy Management System).
Positive troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of safety standards and maintenance documentation.
