Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance
Oversee and manage complete books of accounts
Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports
Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable)
Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization

Taxation & Compliance
Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and assessments
Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies
Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

Audit & Regulatory
Handle all types of audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.)
Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures
Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms

NBFC & Loan Operations
Strong understanding of NBFC company structure and operations
Knowledge of all types of loans (Personal, Business, Secured/Unsecured, etc.)




Support loan accounting, interest calculation, NPA tracking, and provisioning
Ensure compliance related to lending and recovery processes

Liaisoning & Coordination
Liaison with GST, Income Tax, Banks, Auditors, and other authorities
Coordinate with internal departments and senior management
Assist in financial planning and decision-making

Eligibility & Skills

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

● Proven experience in NBFC or finance/lending companies preferred

● Solid expertise in GST, Taxation, Audits, and Compliance

● In-depth knowledge of NBFC laws, RBI norms, and loan products

● Experience in liaisoning and regulatory coordination

● Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting softwarStrong analytical, organizational,

and communication skills
