Role Overview

As an Architect, your role is to oversee the company's current construction projects. You will interpret client briefs, review contracts and designs, and lead teams with strong technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
n
- Ensuring all plans comply with governmental health and safety regulations.
n
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of engineering disciplines, materials, and application methods.
n
- Guiding subcontractors such as builders, plumbers,



and electricians.
n
- Liaising with clients to address issues and meet project requirements.
n
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
n
- Networking and consulting with industry professionals.

Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience as an Architect handling residential project.
n
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
n
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
n
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
n
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical mindset.
n
- In-depth knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.
n
- Deadline-driven and committed to excellence.
