Experience

- 10–12 years in IT Applications / Enterprise Systems

- Experience managing portfolios and transformation programs

- Exposure to global delivery environments

- Experience evaluating current platforms and AI-driven use cases

Core Skills (Required)

- Platform technical evaluation, Application lifecycle management,

- Experience in global enterprise environments, Cloud and SaaS ecosystems

- AI use case evaluation and implementation

- Enterprise architecture understanding, Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)

Educational Qualification

- MBA (IT / Operations / General Management or equivalent)

- B.Tech / BE in Computer Science / IT or related field (preferred)

- Stakeholder management and influencing

- Strategic thinking with execution focus

- Senior leadership communication

- Ownership and accountability
