·Advising and supporting Graphic Designers responsible for working on a specific client. Checking the quality of their work.

n

·Developing their skills, supervising projects.

n

·Design and layout of various platform and formats such as digital and print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, walls, roll-ups etc.

n

·Collaborate with other team members to understand design requirements and objectives.

n

·Projects based on the received brief.

n

·Working on adaptations, locations according to the master materials.

n

·Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

n

·Prepare project with knowledge of print & digital.

n

·Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices.

n

·Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

n

·Work in an international environment for global clients.

n

·Adapt campaigns and digital materials to the design solutions used by the agency's clients.

Qualifications

n





5+ years experience as a Senior Creative Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of relevant design projects.

n

·Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro), Figma and other design tools.

n

·Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe XD, HTML5, Power Point will be appreciated.

n

·Strong understanding of typography, color theory, photo manipulation and composition principles.

n

·Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

n

·Knowledge of print production processes.

n

·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.

n

·Strong communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with team members and clients.

n

·Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

n

·Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and client feedback.

n

·Good command of English in speaking and writing.

n

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
